THE MAKING STRANGED:
After the raw, stripped down anger of their first album, L.A. hard rock band Guns 'N Roses grew into a much fuller sound and an interest in length. The double album Use You Illusion was accompanied by a few very long music videos that were connected to each other. The fourth of these music videos was for the Axl Rose penned ballad "Estranged," which spanned nearly ten minutes. The music video for it is nearly that length, and tells a surreal dreamlike story involving dolphins, a mental hospital, and an all white setting.
